Georgia Snow

i bet most of you have never seen fields of cotton before. i wish i could have taken pictures that do it justice. i was driving along on my way to columbus, ga to see the family and i passed field after field of white--right before the harvest--it was so beautiful. brianna went out to pick some and seriously--it was oh so soft.

i am so into this polaroid-type look to my pictures. these in particular are so perfect with the dirt and the field and the hazy sky. feels like georgia to me.

That is really cool to see! I haven't ever seen that before--you are right! Tell Brianna Happy Birthday from the Teeples Peoples. :)It looks like you had some fun celebrations!

Oh I love your Georgia Snow. It makes me miss Georgia. We only lived there for a year, but I love the cotton fields, boiled peanuts, vidalia onions, and all other things Georgia!! (Okay, I don't really like boiled peanuts).

Great pictures, though!!!!

First of all, LOVE the pics. I have NEVER seen a field of cotton, though now that is on my list of "things to do before I die." Thank goodness harvest is in the fall. I'm not one for humid heat.

Second, what took you to FL? I don't know if I caught the story. Job, family, medical doctors for your hub? Whatever it was, I hope you find happiness there. Your house sure looks cute. Soooo Carrie.

come back after they harvest the cotton and you'll see little pieces flying all over the road...like a snow storm but not. Anyway, I just got your message about being in town this past weekend - sorry. When I went to my parents after church, my dad mentions, "there's a message for you on the machine" and I checked v-mail yest at the house and heard the one you left here.
