I'm in the mood for a giveaway! So put a comment saying what your favorite post has been on here and I'll have Kai draw a name on Friday the 12th 9am EST. I mean, like, don't you totally have a fave?
You will win an 8X10 signed print of any picture from these past posts:
I love ALL of your posts, dahling. Just too busy with life to comment sometimes, the other times, well, honestly what could I possibly ADD to YOUR posts?! ;-) What I would REALLY like would be a photo of your family though.
Ooo Ooo I love the button and ribbon picture so a chance to win these...Yipee!
Plus carrie your crafts have been so fun to follow. I wish I had time to do what you are doing...let alone keep up on my comments to how grreat they all are.
I am enjoying all of your "crafty" posts. I wish that I had the energy/time to make something crafty this year!! Maybe next year....I really like that newspaper tree...looks like a lot of work!!!! I also like the button picture but I love the Georgia snow better because I live here!!!
And besides I am huge and pregnant and can't put on my shoes or barely pick up my child.....you get the point I am ready to pop....so it is only fair...besides I never win anything!!!
You have the Christmas spirit, don't you! I love your laundry posts, but I don't suppose you will be having many more of them since you have a beautiful washer and dryer in your house! I think of you every time I walk down to Broadway hauling 50 pounds of laundry! If Carrie can do it, so can I!
I am lifted whenever I check your blog. Most recently though, I am SO GRATEFUL to have discovered a delicious wheat bread recipe on your site. I too have been frustrated with the recipes I have tried in the past. So, I'm giving this one a try and will hope that my results will be as yours - delicous.
Carrie, Carrie, Carrie. You are too crafty/artistic/talented for your own good! I'm jealous. I loved your post about "the business of being born" I think it's called. I was in awe of you giving birth naturally. I was too scared to do it naturally. After watching that little video it really made me think about things. I want to watch the movie too.
I too love ALL your posts and get such enjoyment from reading your blog but the Day 5 post almost made me spit my drink out! I thought it was hilarious! And if I win, I will then pick my picture, because if I pick it now I will have it placed in the perfect spot in my house and the let down would just be to much to handle! So....I'm crossing my fingers!!
Fantastic Carrie: my favorite (recent) post was "Sweet, sweet Kai". You did such a good job capturing what makes him great. uh oh - now it just looks like I'm trying to get in good with the judge. (C'mon, Kai - pick me!)
i think all of your pictures are unique and beautiful. Some of my favs have been your Christmas ones and close ups of your kids! Tell kai to pick the one with my name on it, okay? I want the GA snow picture(the upclose one)if he does!!! :) p.s. I'm with rachel, I liked the one too about the business of being born- i want to see that video!
Okay my favorite posts are "Home" and "Georgia on My Mind." I actually have thought about the Georgia one on SEVERAL occasions and it has helped me reconsider how close to a city and how far away from a city I want to live...also if I do win let's chat. Because maybe I want to pay you to have you print it bigger...the button one that is. Much love.
Hi, Carrie: One of my favorite posts is your Aug. 20, 2008 "SOmetimes it's hard to find the words" post. You are an incredibly gifted write, you know. Your words just sink in and I can relate on so many levels. I love reading your blog! I also loved the post about the laundry mat and the one about your mad search for mint...icecream and Piggly Wiggly! I enjoy seeing your crafts! I am living vicariously through you, Martha!
Hey Carrie...got to say, I totally stole your idea. Carson was gone for the evening and I thought...Hmm, I can make that snow wreath with the other kids for something fun to do. So we now have snow wreaths hanging around the house. Oh, and by the way, one of the fabric store picture would look really awesome in my sewing room. Hehe!
