My Summer Giveaway

I don't have any cool products to give because frankly, no one sends me products to review to give away, which frankly, is totally rude;)

BUT, I do have my simple-me photography.  It's how I express my love for life...and for you.

You will receive:
  • (1) 8x10 of any of the prints shown below
  • (1) homemade lavender gift sewn by me (freshly picked from the lavendar capital of the USA here in Washington)
  • (1) super cute card made and designed by my daughter ;)
Here's how to enter: (each one counts as an entry, so you could do all 3)
  • leave a comment of your favorite post from the last year (Aug '09 to July '10)
  • become a follower and let me know with a comment (this is so wierd of me to ask but apparently this is all the rage on only the coolest of blogs)
  • blog about it/twitter and let me know with a comment

I don't know when my favorite post was, but it was when you talked about the bus stop, and how a man "kindly" asked what was different with your son.

Lots of your posts strike a chord with me, but that one especially.

I follow you already. Does that count?

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I just love the trees picture.

Oh, I sooo am a follower! ;)
I can't decide which one is my fav girlie! I am dying over the trees, but something about the pineapple, old radio {is that right?} and the lemons are calling to me, begging to be chosen.
Look at me talking like I've already won... ;)
I guess this is where I start begging, "Pick Me! Pick Me!" *flailing raised arm in the air wildly*

I think one of my favorite posts (though it would be hard to choose one) was when you talked about Rowdy doing the dishes (or starting the dishwasher) and how much you love him. I LOVE that!!! And I love it when you talk about the special things that make your kids unique. Like your daughter's lemonade stand!!!

I'm a stocker -- er -- follower! ;-D And if I joined the Twitter revolution, I'm sure we'd have that connection as well . . . but I just can't!

P.S. -- No offense that people didn't jump on this . . . no one wants to be first on these things. The lower numbers NEVER seem to get picked "at random"!!! Hahahahaha!

I really like the post on 12/15/09 Titled, "She Cried". Beautiful post! You are a very talented writer!

I'm a follower and would LOVE to win the tree print! It's beautiful! I've always loved that one. Also love the lemons, so fresh!

Oh, I'm feeling lucky! I really enjoyed your post back in May about how your mind wanders from one point to another and you wonder how you got there. Sometimes hubby and I will be talking about something at dinner, followed by a few minutes of silent eating...then I'll pipe back in with something totally random (to him), but to me it makes sense because I've already made the connection in my head!

I am loving your post you just did http://rowdystroudy.blogspot.com/2010/07/she-makes-my-heart-dance.html. It is a good reminder to take a few moments and enjoy the present! I also love your post from MMB today. I can totally relate. My son is there, too. But, what I realized, is that there are a lot more parents/kids that go through this than I thought and in the long run I am doing him a favor by acknowledging we need help and letting him get it now. If we can reteach their thinking as much as we can before 5, it will help soooo much! I fear his first few years at elementary school, but I have a lot more hope that everything is going to be okay after I see how much he is progressing in "his" preschool.

I follow! I know, I feel dumb asking for this, too...but you got to get your numbers up! =)

I just found your blog through MMB. I decided to read our posts from Feb. I love the matchbox valentines. So cute......but so dismayed about the hullabaloo over them....hmmm where are those mothers from? ...and the nerve of the administration for grilling your daughter about them without first calling you.

Hope I'm not too late in entering.

I like the post that you just had on MMB about the man who asked what was different about your son.

Okay, just saw this and I'll pipe in just under the wire. I really liked when you posted about your daughter and some trials you've had with that relationship. I think you even asked for advice. It's so nice to know others are going through similar trials with their children and it's okay to admit that, you know? To admit that and STILL love your children to death!

And now I'm a follower. Can't wait to win! ;)
