We have had quite a few sunny days this January. Breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier and the cascades with a blue sky (almost unheard of in Seattle wintertime) and a chill in the air. Gorgeous cherry blossoms have even started peaking out, which makes me fearful if a bad frost attacks us suddenly. But this itch for spring has my mouth watering for some home-grown tomatoes and basil. Bruschetta. Salsa. Pesto. Fresh from MY garden.
Enter this book via my favorite gardener/gardening website You Grow Girl. I especially love it because it's directed for small spaces which, ahem, I am in right now (i.e., porches, balcony's). You can pre-order it now, which I am doing for sure.
Can't you just taste the goodness?
